The scenery presented on the pane was never constant. It was like a pack of cards shuffled by a maestro. They whizzed by as the train chugged on. And I was trying to check how fast I could see everything that passed by… unsuccessfully…

The scenery dimmed and I receded into my thoughts.

I started connecting some dots and a thought at first formed, excitement in me grew, and finally the thought burst in my head. The more I thought about it, the more I was compelled to pen it.

By what I pen here, I request you to not take me wrong… I am not religious… but I am spiritual… I will never claim to know anything beyond me and hence, hereby, I accept that there is always something beyond me. I do not stand for a religion nor do I stand against them.

The more I read, the more I realize that the waves that touch me are just the tips of the iceberg in the ocean of knowledge.

With that bow… here comes my thought below…

When in school, I had learned that we are all made of atoms and molecules. Including the things around us.

So what struck me was , it is the composition of the atoms and molecules, the positrons, neutrons, electrons that changed the way those things look, including us. (Nope not a Physics or Chemistry class… don’t worry… :)… )

The Thought

So, if I were to die… (Not a negative thought, just a fact that we are all here to die anyways. So… the thought… what if I were to die?).

I would either burn, or get exhumed. I would either become ash and then become a part of earth and air, or become an organic part of earth.

Now comes the interesting part… :)…

So when I become a part of earth, I get eaten by insects or converted to carbon which becomes coal or whatever metal I need to be or absorbed by plants. Effectively, I become part of a bird or insect or plant or mineral. Right?

Now, we use our environment to sustain, eat and manufacture materials.

Hence, if you are currently wearing a dress (which I am sure you would… pun intended… :)… ), shoe, slipper, sitting on a chair or lying down on a bed…. Do you realize that, these materials could have being our ancestors once?

To make matters more interesting, if I am burnt like a Hindu then I become part air, which means I would be inhaled by you… :D… which also means we are currently inhaling our ancestors !

This only means that, we live in a world that lives through being recycled.

In short, the thought I have, and leave you with, is…

We are the world and the world is us in reality, because you will return to it and come back as something else but, you are always recycled as you are now

The true meaning of Namaste hit me then.

“Namaste” is a gesture that Indians follow to greet each other. They fold their hands and bow their heads. This gesture is called Añjali Mudrā or Pranamasana also.

In Hinduism, it means “I bow to the divine in you”.

We are in the process of achieving the power of knowledge…

May we use it for a better tomorrow… because who knows…

What we will reincarnate back as?… :)…

Would be a great encouragement, if you could like & follow.

And please do share your thoughts to anincognizantwriter@gmail.com

Namaste…
