Past is a plethora of memories – some sweet, some good, some distasteful, and some disgusting. The fulfillment of these images lie in our present being. The way we are and the way we perceive. The governing factor ? The lens of the past experiences.

It is always good in one way to have experience. However, while judging the current images of day to day life, the experience needn’t always be considered as the measuring depth of truth for future “experiences”.

Yet the crux of this write up lies in the question – How valid are these experiences to judge a future, which hasn’t even happened yet?

A plain white canvas in the form of – ‘time yet to bloom’, couldn’t be more plain in the future than what it is; yet we add colors from our past through the discolored lens of experience, to paint a distorted image of where we could be. A harmful practice indeed, that leads one astray from one’s otherwise attainable sky-high wonders of life, fame, knowledge, wealth, peace, happiness and glory !!!
